By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Inclear is NOT:

• a medical service
• a mental health provider
• a diagnostic tool

Outputs are probabilistic interpretations, not facts.

If you need support, seek a qualified professional.

3. User Responsibility

You agree:

• To use Inclear for personal reflection only
• Not to rely on outputs for important decisions

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy
• completeness
• correctness

Outputs are generated from limited input.

5. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Users may receive limited free check-ins (e.g., 7 per 7-day period).

Additional usage may require a subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Managed via Apple App Store
• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Billing handled by Stripe

Users can manage subscriptions in:

iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe unless cancelled.

We do not store or process credit card information directly.

7. Third-Party Services

Voice features may rely on Hume AI EVI.

Use of these features implies consent to processing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service
• attempt to reverse engineer
• use it for harmful or illegal purposes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse is detected

10. Limitation of Liability
